Thank you for choosing CnC Consulting Co. LLC. Before completing your purchase, please carefully review our No Refund Policy. By purchasing services or digital products from CnC Consulting Co. LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Credit repair consulting services

  • Strategy sessions and consultations

  • Digital downloads, templates, letters, or educational materials

  • Online courses, trainings, or programs

  • Memberships or subscription services

  • Any other non-tangible services provided by CnC Consulting Co. LLC

Upon purchase, clients are granted access to time, expertise, intellectual property, educational material, digital assets, and proprietary systems. Because of this, no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Consulting & Service Agreements

Fees paid to CnC Consulting Co. LLC are for the consultant’s time, experience, preparation, strategy, and availability, not for guaranteed outcomes. By purchasing:

  • You understand that consulting fees are NOT contingent on results

  • Missed or unused consultations do NOT qualify for refunds

  • No refunds are provided for completed, in-progress, or partially used services

Rescheduling options, if applicable, will be addressed separately per service terms.

3. Digital Products / Courses / Online Programs

All digital products and online services are electronically delivered and considered consumed upon access, viewing, login, download, or delivery. Therefore:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted

  • No store credit will be issued

  • Inability to understand or utilize material does not qualify for refund

  • User error, forgotten passwords, or lack of follow-through do not warrant refund

If you encounter technical issues accessing your product, please email support and we will assist in resolving the issue.

4. No Chargeback Agreement

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your financial institution. Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment is a violation of this policy.

If a chargeback is initiated, CnC Consulting Co. LLC reserves the right to:

  • Submit full documentation of this agreement

  • Pursue legal action

  • Engage collections for any unpaid balance

  • Terminate access to services and programs

All disputes must be addressed directly with CnC Consulting Co. LLC prior to contacting your bank.

5. Results Disclaimer

CnC Consulting Co. LLC does not guarantee specific credit outcomes, score increases, approvals, or financial results. Results vary based on individual financial behavior, compliance, accuracy of information provided, and third-party reporting agencies outside our control.

You agree that purchase decisions are voluntary and made with full understanding that no promises or guarantees are made.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase with CnC Consulting Co. LLC:

  • You voluntarily agree to this policy

  • You waive any right to dispute or reverse payment
