All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Digital products are typically delivered immediately or within a few minutes to the email or account used at checkout. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If you do not receive your product:

• Check spam/junk

• Confirm your email was entered correctly

• Contact support with your order details

Digital Services

For consultations, mentorship, or virtual services, delivery occurs at the scheduled appointment time. Confirmation and instructions are sent via email.

Missed sessions do not qualify as non-delivery.

Incorrect Information

If delivery is delayed due to incorrect email or contact info, we will assist in resolving access. Delivery is considered complete once sent to the provided email or platform.
