Shipping & Delivery Policy – Digital Products & Services

Digital Products

All products are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, digital products are typically available immediately or delivered within minutes to the email address or account provided at checkout. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If you do not receive your product:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Confirm your email was entered correctly

  • Contact support with your order details

We are happy to assist with access issues.


Digital Services

For digital services such as consultations, mentorship, or virtual sessions, delivery occurs based on the scheduled appointment time selected during booking. Service confirmations and instructions will be sent by email.

Failure to attend a scheduled session does not qualify as non-delivery.


Incorrect Information

If access is delayed due to incorrect contact information entered by the customer, we will assist in resolving the issue; however, delivery is considered complete once sent to the provided email or platform.


No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical items. All offerings are digital.
